Agreement between Veridian Grounds LLC and Client

Service Standards

Veridian Grounds LLC agrees to perform landscaping services in a professional manner. While we strive for perfection, please note that lawn health is subject to weather conditions, soil quality, and owner maintenance (watering).

Access and Safety

• Access: The client must ensure that gates are unlocked and pets are secured indoors on scheduled service days.

• Obstructions: Please clear the lawn of toys, pet waste, and debris. Veridian Grounds LLC is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

• Underground Utilities: Clients must notify us of any shallow-buried cables, private irrigation lines, or invisible dog fences. We are not liable for damage to unmarked private lines.

Payment Terms

• Billing: Invoices are sent via email and are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late Fees: Payments not received within 15 days of the invoice date may be subject to a $25 late fee or 5% of the total balance, whichever is higher.
