We understand that plans change. To keep our routes efficient and our prices fair, we enforce the following:

Routine Maintenance (Mowing/Edging)

• Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or skips.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 "Trip Fee" to cover fuel and labor costs.

• Lock-Outs: If our crew arrives and cannot access the property (locked gates/unsecured pets), the full service fee will be charged.

Specialized Projects (Mulching/Clean-ups/Lighting)

• Deposit: Large projects may require a non-refundable deposit of 25%–50% to secure your date and purchase materials.

• Rescheduling: If you need to move a project date, please give us 72 hours' notice.

Weather Delays

In the event of heavy rain or extreme heat, Veridian Grounds LLC reserves the right to reschedule services to the next available clear day to protect the integrity of your turf and the safety of our crew.
